MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rob has been an industry leader for 30 years, including heading the Master Plumbers association, previously known as PIA SA. He is an experienced project manager certified in all areas of plumbing and building, and is a qualified eco-smart plumber.
Rob will manage your kitchen, laundry, or bathroom renovation project, coordinating all the trades and site supervision. He leads an experienced team of bathroom designers and specialists with strong design and plumbing qualifications to ensure that working with Bathroom Concepts will be a pleasurable experience for everyone from start to finish.
Alannah Balzan
BATHROOM DESIGNER – Bachelor of Interior Architecture
Alannah obtained her degree of Bachelor of Interior Architecture at the University of South Australia – where she gained a multitude of design skills, not to mention her technical services – including AutoCAD, which she puts into her day to day practice at work. She thoroughly enjoys specialising as a bathroom designer here at Bathroom Concepts – as it allows her to perfect her skills and apply more detail in her design work.
With her professional approach, she feels that the real bonus of her job is to see satisfied customers at the completion of a renovation where she has been able to provide them with her unique design solutions. Her main motive, goal and priority is focused on customer service – followed closely by accomplishing the design briefs of all her clients.
