FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT TYPE OF FIXTURES AND FITTINGS DO YOU SELL?
We only sell top-quality fixtures and fittings to complete your new bathrooms and all from well-known industry suppliers. It costs the same amount in labour to install good-quality products as it does poor-quality ones. However, there is a high chance that you will need to replace the poor-quality products a lot sooner, which will lead to further costs.
All of the fixtures and fittings we supply also come backed with the appropriate manufacturer warranties.
HOW LONG WILL MY BATHROOM RENOVATION TAKE?
Bathroom renovations normally take three weeks to complete. However, as is the nature of renovation work, you do not know what is behind tiled walls and floors until work starts. Should the unexpected be discovered, such as damaged pipes or existing sub-standard work, extra time may be added to the renovation.
Bathroom Concepts will address these issues as quickly as possible but being quality renovators, we refuse to cut corners. That way, we ensure all work is carried out to Australian standards or higher.
DO YOUR EMPLOYEES INSTALL OUR NEW BATHROOM
The majority of the renovation work will be carried out by workers who are employed by Bathroom Concepts and who adhere to our high service standards.
If sub-contractors are used, they have industry experience and are also under directions from qualified building supervisors.
